Yanno... in the books Bill is an asshole... Eric acts like a better boyfriend... But dammit, I LIKED Quinn

I kinda wish she stayed with him... because 1) he can stay with her night AND day... the vampires can't do shit during the day... 2) They're more alike with their human ways... 3) he can give her children... and most importantly 4) She has the ability to 'relax' around the weretiger, but yet she can dig in his mind and tell whether he's screwing around with her or not... something she can't tell with the vamps... although her flashes of vamp minds might be foreshadowing to her getting [more] magical and being able to read their minds... maybe after a drink too much from Eric she turns and takes her power with her and to another level? That's just a random ass possibility type guess...

They could have at *least* made their relationship a bit longer lasting... I miss him ... there wasn't a lot of screwing around about what's what... he just liked her and was sweet and they were happy and... *cries*

Am I the only one who liked Quinn?

Yah he was sweet and all that BUT i totally get why she told him (nicely) to buzz off. She didnt wanna NOT come first and thats important. Granted, bill and eric can and have both been douche's but they also come full-vamp-speed when she needs them. And thats important too, to know you'll have someone there when you need them...at least i understand her reasoning. I couldnt personally be with someone who was that hung up in familiar ties. It makes relationships far too complicated when youre always competing for attention.

I understand that... hell, my interpretation for an even better reason for the break up is that he almost got her and her vampires killed... that's a pretty big betrayal in my book... yeah, I wanna come first, but if you do something for yourself that has a high probability of getting me and my friends/lovers killed... well, I just don't think we can have a healthy relationship past that point... I still don't understand when the sis and mother were on her lawn bugging her about the breakup that she didn't yell 'because he put my life on the line for your sorry asses!'

But... if the story could have been different... if there was no sister or crazy mother... (which are easily written out) then he would have been the better choice in my opinion... because the only flaw in saying the vamps come as soon as she needs them, is that they *can't* when the sun is up.. granted, I suppose she doesn't have to worry about vamp attacks in the day, we all very well know that vamp attacks are pretty few and far between now... she seems to have more trouble with witches, fairies, humans, and weres... all of which aren't limited to the night.
